[**Waterway Transportation Comprehensive Enforcement Detachment Port and Shipping Dynamics].
On December 13, in accordance with the requirements of the "four grassroots", Yang Jun, head of the Municipal Waterway Traffic Law Enforcement Detachment, led a team to carry out field research in Yunxi County and Yunyang District.
At Liaowa Ferry in Yunyang District, the research team inspected the construction of Liaowa Beautiful Rural Ferry Port in Yunyang District on the spot, and put forward constructive suggestions on the improvement of the layout of the ferry pavilion, cultural elements, river passages, surrounding greening, and square connection.
The research team listened to the report on the key work of waterway transportation in Yunxi County in 2023, and conducted in-depth research and exchanges with the Yunxi County Transportation Bureau, the County Water Conservancy and Lake Bureau, the County Transportation Investment Company, and the Sand and Gravel Company on the joint creation of beautiful rural ferries in Yunxi County, water traffic safety, ship pollution prevention, foreign ship supervision, and the promotion and application of green and intelligent ships.
The research team pointed out that in 2023, the highlights of Yunxi County's water transportation work are outstanding, first, the implementation of the joint creation of beautiful villages has been accelerated, and the dismantling of fuel ships has been at the forefront of the city;Second, the development of green water transport has achieved initial results, and the new electric ships are the first in the city;Third, the anti-pollution efforts of port ships continue to increase, and the pollutant treatment rate is higher than the city's average level.
The research team emphasized that it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision of sand mining licenses, standardize the disposal of waste materials, and strictly implement the "four-joint order" system to ensure that the sand source is legal and the destination is legal. Resolutely adhere to the two bottom lines of safety and environmental protection, strengthen the prevention and control of pollution from ports and ships, strengthen law enforcement and supervision, and achieve a dynamic balance between development and safety. Strictly implement the "three musts" to standardize the management of sand mining and transportation, strengthen comprehensive law enforcement, crack down on illegal transportation, and ensure that the water safety situation continues to be stable.
