From December 13 to 15, 2023, the 2nd Data Governance Annual Conference and Expo, hosted by the China Electronics Information Industry Federation, was held at the Beijing Exhibition Center. The special committee was initiated by China Industry and Information Publishing and Media Group Electronic Industry Press, Tsinghua University, Peking University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, as well as CLP Cloud Computing, CLP Xingfa, Ronglian Technology Group, Si Teqi, Tors and other organizations, integrating more than 100 universities, scientific research and enterprises and institutions to jointly establish a new generation of information technology and traditional industries, widely contact "government, industry, learning, research, use, finance" institutions, and build a platform and bridge for exchanges and cooperation in the field of digital economy. Liu Jiuru, executive director of the China Electronic Information Industry Federation and chairman of the Digital Economy Special Committee, said at the inauguration ceremony that the Digital Economy Professional Committee will focus on promoting the development and application of digital technology innovation, policy formulation at all levels and industry development evaluation, etc. to carry out enterprise research and industry research, draft and formulate relevant standards and industry norms, provide intellectual support for the development of the industry, achievement transformation and strategic innovation research, and comprehensively promote the exchanges and cooperation between member units and local industrial departments.
