In order to further publicize the Constitution and laws and regulations related to primary and secondary school students, improve the awareness of self-protection and legal awareness of primary and secondary school students, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the cause of legal popularization, on December 6, 2023, 200 primary school students from Xingzhi Primary School in Chengxi District, Xining City took a special "law popularization" class.
Xingzhi Primary School in Chengxi District has always taken quality education and all-round development as its goal, and has taken basic education on the rule of law as an important part of quality education. Focusing on the theme of the "Constitution Publicity Week", this activity of popularizing the law on campus will carry out laws and regulations such as the Constitution, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, and the Protection of Minors of the People's Republic of China among students to cultivate the Xi of respecting the law, studying the law, abiding by the law, and using the law, and gradually become loyal advocates, consciously abiding by the socialist rule of law, and firmly defending them.
In order to promote the effectiveness of popular legal education activities, and to implement the enlightenment work of popular legal education, innovative forms of popular legal education classrooms have been innovated, and the understanding of the rule of law has been deepened through forms such as the first-class legal knowledge debate contest and the on-site answering of legal knowledge. Through the popularization of law, the students learned the basic legal knowledge, especially the Constitution of the People's Republic of China. Some students said that the Constitution is the fundamental law of our country, the general statute for governing the country and the country, and has the highest legal status, legal authority, and legal effect. It is the duty of every primary and secondary school student and even a citizen to know, Xi and understand the Constitution.
In the on-site answering session of legal knowledge, students consolidated and integrated the content they had learned and Xi in class through the form of rush answers.
In class, many students are particularly interested in the "People's Republic of China Minors Protection**". Through learning Xi and understanding, students generally said that many common problems in life were related to law. For example, giving insulting nicknames to classmates can lead to legal problems. In the future, we should conscientiously study the law and be a good young man who knows, understands, and abides by the law.
