1. Inquire through mobile banking.
Open the ICBC mobile banking app and enter the account number and password to log in.
Find the "Transfer and Remittance" option on the homepage and click to enter.
On the Transfer & Remittance page, select the "Remittance History" option.
On the remittance details screen, select the account and time period that you want to query.
In the query results, you can see the interbank number information of each transaction.
2. Inquire through online banking.
Open ICBC Internet Banking and enter your account number and password to log in.
Find the "Transfer and Remittance" option on the homepage and click to enter.
On the Transfer & Remittance page, select the "Remittance History" option.
On the remittance details screen, select the account and time period that you want to query.
In the query results, you can see the interbank number information of each transaction.
3. Inquire through the counter.
Bring your ID card and ICBC card to any branch of ICBC.
Inform the staff at the counter that you need to check the interbank number, and the staff will check it for you.
It should be noted that the interbank number is a unique identification code used for transfers, remittances and other transactions between banks, and usually consists of six digits. If your ICBC card is under risk control or has other abnormal circumstances, you may need to contact ICBC customer service first.
