Safety helmet manufacturers can apply for LA labor safety certification.

First, the product technical requirements.

1.Hoops. The cap band should be adjusted according to the applicable head circumference size as indicated in the helmet identification.

2.Sweatbands.

The area corresponding to the forehead of the hat band should have sweat-absorbing fabric or add sweat-absorbing bands, and the width of the sweat-absorbing bands should not be less than the width of the hat band.

3.Chin strap size.

If the helmet has a chin strap, a webbing with a width of not less than 10 mm or a rope with a diameter of not less than 5 mm should be used.

4.Cap shells. The surface of the cap must not contain air bubbles, defects or other defects that impair performance.

5.Component mounting.

The installation of each part of the safety helmet should be firm, and there should be no loosening or slipping.

6.Quality (excluding accessories).

Special type safety helmets should not exceed 600g;Ordinary safety helmets should not exceed 430g;The relative error between the actual quality of the product and the quality of the mark should not be greater than 5%.

7.Visor. The visor should be 70 mm according to the method specified in GB T 2812.

8.Brim. According to the method test specified in GB T2812, the brim should be 70mm.

9.Wearing height.

According to the method specified in GB T2812, the wearing height should be 80mm.

10.Vertical spacing.

According to the method specified in GB T2812, the vertical spacing should be 50mm.

11.Horizontal spacing.

According to the method specified in GB T2812, the horizontal spacing should be 6mm.

12.Protrusions inside the cap shell.

The presence of sharp protrusions between the inside of the shell and the liner must not exceed 6 mm in height and should be covered with soft padding.

13.Venthole.

When the cap shell has a vent, the total area of the vent should not be greater than 450mm.

14.Chin strap strength.

When the helmet has a lower frequency band, according to the method specified in GB T2812, the force value of the chin band when it is damaged should be between 150 N and 250 N.

15.Annex.

When the helmet is equipped with accessories (such as protective face shields, hearing protectors, lighting devices, communication equipment, warning signs, information devices, etc.), the accessories should not affect the wearing stability of the helmet, and at the same time do not affect its normal protective function.

16.Shock absorption performance.

According to the method specified in GB T 2812 test, after high temperature (50 s2), low temperature (-10 s2), immersion (water temperature 20 s2), ultraviolet irradiation pretreatment after impact test, the force transmitted to the head mold should not be greater than 4 900 N, and the cap shell should not have fragments falling off.

17.Puncture resistance.

According to the method test specified in GB T 2812, after high temperature (50 s2), low temperature (-10 s2), water immersion (water temperature 20 s2), ultraviolet irradiation pretreatment after puncture test, the steel cone shall not touch the surface of the headform, and the cap shell shall not have fragments falling off.
