In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, study the important expositions of the general secretary on education, implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue, guide the majority of teachers to devote themselves to teaching and educating people, and continuously improve the quality of talent training, on December 20, the International Football Education Institute held the first teacher teaching innovation competition of the college in the Teacher Teaching Development Center.
A total of 11 teachers participated in the competition, which were divided into two groups according to their age: under 35 years old and 35-45 years old. The content of the competition includes two parts: classroom teaching and teaching design innovation report, and the scoring criteria cover the whole process from the aspects of teaching philosophy, teaching content, curriculum ideology and politics, teaching process, teaching effect, and quality. Teachers show their demeanor on the podium, strive to innovate, improve themselves, strive to create a "student-centered" teaching model, and strive to follow up the college's high-quality requirements for undergraduate education.
This competition demonstrated the advanced teaching concepts of our teachers, highlighted the innovation and practicability of teachers' teaching, and reflected the teachers' personal teaching style and characteristics. Our school will take this teacher teaching innovation competition as an opportunity to strive to improve teachers' education and teaching ability, promote exchanges and cooperation between teachers, excavate and promote excellent education and teaching methods and experience, provide more teachers with opportunities to learn and learn from each other, and inject new vitality and impetus into the development of the college.
