Second, the implementation of the plan. Once the plan is approved, I will coordinate the relevant people to have a meeting. Assign various tasks to everyone, if there is an accident during the implementation process, I will deal with it calmly and will not delay the progress of the activity.
Third, the summary stage. Examinations will be conducted if necessary. Review the entire activity, summarize lessons learned, form written materials, and report the summary to the leader. In addition, I will also come up with the original plan and summarize and analyze the areas that need to be improved, so as to better accomplish similar tasks in the future.
