I chatted with a few students about the civilian interview that they were preparing for, and I was quite nervous, because the civilian interview has its particularity, and the examiner is from different fields of the army, how to answer the answer that satisfies the interviewer, this is a headache for many candidates.

For example, one of the most common questions in military civilian interviews, "self-introduction", if you do not know that you cannot disclose your identity, name, family name, position and other information in the self-introduction, you will receive a yellow card warning.

Here is a summary of the routines in the clerical interview, so as to avoid everyone saying something that touches the minefield during the interview.

Category 1: Self-introduction

[Error demonstration].Hello examiners, my name is "xxx";I graduated from "xxx" and used to be a soldier in the xxxx unit.

[Cause Analysis].During the clerical interview, you are not allowed to disclose your name, university, employer, parents' name and home address. Otherwise, you will be awarded zero points.

[Correct answer].Candidates only need to answer this kind of question from the three dimensions of "who am I (introduce my basic situation), I come from ** (what aspects are suitable for me to apply for this position), and I go to ** (career planning)".

The second category: interpersonal relationship

[Classic case].How to deal with disagreements with colleagues (leaders)?

[Error demonstration].Why do they disagree with me, do they look at me unpleasantly?Deliberately looking for fault with me?

[Correct answer].First of all, I have to have the right mindset to respect and understand each other. Then reflect on the fact that everyone often stands from different angles and thinks differently. Then find out the other person's personality and see if they are cheerful or serious. Then find the right time and the right place to express yourself and solve the problem.

The third category: planning, organization and coordination

[Classic case].If the unit wants to organize an event and ask you to organize it, what will you do?

Wrong answerI don't think I have the organizational skills at the moment, after all, as a newcomer, I don't know much about the army.

[Correct answer].The leader assigned me the task, which is a recognition of my ability, thank the leader for giving me this opportunity, I will follow the steps below, take it seriously:

First, make a plan. On the basis of grasping the actual situation, we draw up a detailed plan and make reasonable arrangements for the theme, content, method, time, place, participants, budget and other aspects of the event. Then report the plan to the leader, and ask the leader to correct and give instructions.

Second, the implementation of the plan. Once the plan is approved, I will coordinate the relevant people to have a meeting. Assign various tasks to everyone, if there is an accident during the implementation process, I will deal with it calmly and will not delay the progress of the activity.

Third, the summary stage. Examinations will be conducted if necessary. Review the entire activity, summarize lessons learned, form written materials, and report the summary to the leader. In addition, I will also come up with the original plan and summarize and analyze the areas that need to be improved, so as to better accomplish similar tasks in the future.

Category 4: Situational Resilience

[Classic case].Emergencies, poisoning, car accidents, etc.

Wrong answerExaminers, it is inevitable that you will encounter unexpected situations in life, which is also very normal, I have to calm down, analyze carefully, and deal with them properly.

[Correct answer].

First, we should keep calm, stabilize the mood of the masses, and prevent chaos.

Second, take emergency measures to prevent the situation from escalating, report to the leadership, call the police for help, etc.

Third, it is necessary to investigate the relevant responsibilities after the fact, sum up lessons and lessons, and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
