Talent revitalization is the "cornerstone" of rural revitalization, and education assistance is an important driving force for a region to achieve talent revitalization. To this end, Ruizhong Insurance Ningbo Branch went to Liangshan, one of the counterpart cities in Ningbo, and after learning that some local students had family difficulties and worries about learning, they actively contacted the Liangshan Education and Sports Bureau and the Education Association, and decided to carry out a three-year "100 people with public welfare education" education funding action, covering primary and secondary schools in five local counties, and listed this work as the key task of "boosting rural revitalization" practice activities to promote the implementation.
In order to do a good job in this financial student assistance action, Ruizhong Insurance Ningbo Branch set up a special team to mobilize the front-line team to join in the pairing assistance action. With the support and help of the local Education and Sports Bureau, the Education Association and various schools, through information collection and centralized selection, 101 students from difficult families were finally identified as funding objects for paired assistance.
From 2022 to 2024, Ruizhong Insurance Ningbo Branch will donate 47 to the local education ** Association every year50,000 yuan, which will be distributed to the children by the Education Association, to help the children successfully complete the key education nodes of primary school or junior high school, and relieve the pressure of children's education for hundreds of families in difficulty. Most of the sponsored students are orphans, single-parent families, or parents who are sick and unable to provide for education, and the gratitude of the students after receiving the bursary is overflowing.
In order to ensure that every public welfare is implemented and the love and care are passed on to the hearts of the children, the student charity team of Ruizhong Insurance Ningbo Branch set out to visit the homes of some of the subsidized students, and sent gifts such as oil, snacks and stationery to the students, encouraging them to gain more knowledge and skills through hard work.
Through the "100 People Partnering for Public Welfare Students" project, the seeds of "hope" are sown into the hearts of students, take root and sprout, and eventually grow into a towering tree.
