At this battery day, SVOLT released a variety of short knife fast charging products, officially entering a new stage of "global short knife, comprehensive evolution". SVOLT became the world's first to make 22-5C fast charging battery companies, short knife fast charging cells can cover the mainstream passenger cars and commercial vehicle models in the market.

The combination of short knife and fast charging can better solve the performance requirements of plug-in hybrid and pure electric vehicles for batteries. Yang Hongxin introduced that under the trend of high voltage of pure electric vehicles, the cell capacity will evolve to 100-150Ah, and the short-knife fast-charging battery of Honeycomb Energy has a higher volume utilization rate than the traditional size, and also performs better in circularity and safety performance, and also has strong compatibility and adaptability, which is more suitable for CTC design.

At the same time, SVOLT has further launched three new products for the PHEV market, namely the world's first ultra-300km endurance hybrid iron-lithium short-knife fast charging core, the world's first ultra-350km endurance hybrid ternary short-knife fast charging core and the world's first 800V-3C hybrid fast charging core, which further meet the needs of B-class, C-class SUVs and MPV hybrid models with 45kWh-65kWh configuration.

In the field of BEV, SVOLT has launched two specifications of LFP short knife fast charging cells of L400 and L600, with a capacity of 105Ah, 130Ah and 133Ah respectively, which can achieve a charging rate of up to 4C. According to the plan, the L600-based short-knife fast charging core will cover 3-4C scenarios, and it is expected to be mass-produced in Q3 in 2024; The L400-based short-knife ultra-fast charging core will cover 4C and higher rate scenarios, meet the mainstream 800V high-voltage models in the market, and will be mass-produced in Q4 2024.

In the commercial vehicle track, SVOLT adopted the strategy of commercial and passenger sharing and commercial storage sharing, launched the world's first commercial and passenger shared short knife battery and the world's first commercial vehicle short knife standard box, and based on the commercial vehicle short knife battery cell, launched the world's first commercial storage integrated battery pack - Basalt. This product adopts a high-safety short-knife battery cell, with a higher degree of integration, reducing the number of parts by about 15%, further reducing the cost, and at the same time, it can also achieve acupuncture without smoke, and can realize the intelligent call of different amounts of electricity according to the scene, so as to meet the interconnection and interchange of mainstream vehicle enterprises and energy storage enterprises in different application scenarios.

In the energy storage track, SVOLT has released a new iteration of flying stack short knife energy storage battery based on the safer solution of "flying stack + short knife", including 350Ah flying stack short knife energy storage special cells with unchanged size and upgraded system and 710ah flying stack short knife energy storage cells with thickened size, which have the advantages of high capacity and low cost, as well as three long-life system energy storage cells with a capacity of 310ah, 330ah and 660ah, as well as the world's first 6MWH-20 foot container.

In terms of cutting-edge technology layout, SVOLT has released the world's first 350km+ endurance short-knife sodium-ion battery and the world's first short-knife energy storage sodium-ion battery, which have completed all reliability tests and have outstanding advantages in low-temperature performance.

In addition, SVOLT Energy Jelly Battery ushered in a new generation and launched the world's first prismatic semi-solid-state battery - the second-generation jelly battery, which adopts the second-generation jelly electrolyte technology and integrated composite cathode technology, breaks through the expansion bottleneck of high-nickel silicon-doped system in square shell, and has significantly improved compared with liquid ternary in terms of safety and energy density, and has completed the development of a sample.

AI intelligent manufacturing bee speed service quickly respond to market demand

Under the wave of full electrification, to cope with the rapid iteration needs of downstream and realize the rapid and comprehensive evolution of its own products, it is necessary to match it with strong manufacturing capabilities and customer-centric service speed.

Through strategic cooperation with partners such as Intel, Siemens, Rockwell, Tsinghua University, Eston, China Telecom, and Dr. Octopus, the "Liberation of Lithium Battery Intelligent Productivity Alliance" was established to focus on the application and implementation of big data, large computing power, and large models in lithium battery intelligent manufacturing.
