With its innovation and leadership in the field of sewage treatment, Sanyou Environmental Protection High-concentration Composite Powder Carrier Biofluidized Bed Technology (HPB Technology for Short) was successfully selected into the "Practical Technology List".

InInnovation leadsIn terms of HPB technology, it has broken through the technical bottleneck of the traditional double sludge method, not only built a double sludge system based on micron-scale composite carriers for the symbiosis of attached sludge and suspended sludge for the first time, developed a separation system for sludge particles with low density difference and low particle size ratio of microns, realized double sludge age, improved microbial activity, and strengthened the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, but also built a data-driven artificial neural network model and developed a process based on the multi-level biochemical reaction kinetics theory of the double sludge system, coupled with big data analysis and Leven-Marquardt self-learning algorithm** system, digital twin system, intelligent precision aeration system, to achieve the digitization of HPB process and intelligent control.

Compared with the traditional sewage treatment process, the use of HPB technology can not only achieve the double improvement of the water quality and quantity of urban sewage treatment without stopping the production, but also save more than 20% of the investment and operation costs, save more than 50% of the land for biochemical pools, save more than 30% of the construction period, and the carbon emissions are only 56% of the traditional AAO process52%, and simultaneously realize economic and social benefits such as investment saving, small floor area, short construction period, low operating cost, and green and low-carbon.
