3.After the expiration of the publicity period, the approval shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements for the classified management of construction projects and the content approval process of environmental protection departments at all levels.
4.It is divided into three categories of ABC for review and approval
After the approval of the department meeting, the proposed approval announcement will be carried out for a period of 5 working days
After Category B passes the review of the Executive Committee, it shall be submitted to the Project Review Committee for review, and after passing the Review Committee, the proposed approval will be publicized for a period of 5 working days
After the Class A construction project has passed the review of the department meeting and the review committee, it must be submitted to the standing committee of the department for review, and after passing the department meeting, the proposed approval will be publicized for a period of 5 working days.
