Science and technology are the foundation of national strength, and innovation is the soul of national progress. Women have long been an important force in scientific and technological innovation. According to statistics, there are 3 million female scientific and technological workers in our province, of which 126 have grown into high-level talents such as national outstanding young people, national excellent young people, and Yangtze River scholars, and 17 have won the Chinese Young Female Scientist Award. They consciously undertake the lofty mission entrusted by the times, devote themselves to the front line of scientific research, and strive to overcome key core technical problemsThey have lofty aspirations and are determined to struggle, and contribute their wisdom and strength to the in-depth promotion of the new practice of Chinese-style modernization in Jiangsu with a high-spirited attitude. In order to further promote and inherit the spirit of scientists and encourage more female scientific and technological workers to overcome difficulties and make new contributions, the Provincial Civilization Office, the Provincial Women's Federation, and the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, together with Xinhua News Agency, Xinhuanet, People's Daily Online, China Women's Daily, Xinhua**, Jiangsu Radio and Television, etc., as well as provincial and municipal mainstream and relevant units, launched a large-scale financial publicity activity - "100 Female Scientists Search Activity". Through rich perspectives and diverse forms of communication, we walked into the scientific research front line of 100 female scientists, listened to their stories, spread their voices, and showed their demeanor.
Semiconductor equipment is the cornerstone of supporting the development of the electronics industry, and it is the most extensive market scale and the most important part of strategic value in the entire semiconductor industry chain. At present, the domestic substitution that everyone is talking about is the domestic substitution in the field of semiconductor equipment, which is one of the "bottleneck" fields that need to be solved urgently in the semiconductor industry chain. In recent years, under the increasingly complex international situation, China's local equipment industry has made breakthrough progress. Among them, many "core" women continue to contribute "her" strength to the industry, and Zhou Jia, president of Wuxi *** Research Institute of Enaki Intelligent Technology, is one of the representatives.

Zhou Jia, a member of the middle school, is a master's student at Northeastern University and a full-time engineering doctoral student at Northwestern Polytechnical University. He used to be the chief staff member of the office of the 47th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group, the deputy director of the human resources department, the deputy director of the innovation center, and the deputy director of the integrated circuit design division. In August 2020, he joined Regent Microelectronics Technology (Jiangsu)**, a joint venture between Leyard, a global leading display company, and Taiwan's Epistar Optoelectronics (now Ennostar Group)**, and in March 2023, he joined the semiconductor equipment start-up company Enaki Intelligent Technology Wuxi *** and became a partner. During the work of the institute, he participated in a number of first-class new product projects, released a number of world-leading microLED display products, and published more than ten patents. He won the 2022 Wuxi Top 100 Science and Technology Stars, the 2022 Wuxi Contributor, and the second prize of the Wuxi Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. During the work of the 47th Research Institute, Zhou Jia was deeply involved in the R&D management of military integrated circuits, participated in the research and development of a number of new product projects in the ** contract office, and presided over the development of an intelligent sensor project, distributed control system and complete machine. In order to promote the research and development of military integrated circuits, break the traditional salary system of the institute, implement the "five-yuan salary system" in line with the market, and flexibly introduce a number of top talents with rich experience in the industry and doctors. Since coming to Wuxi to carry out semiconductor display research and development work, Zhou Jia has led the R&D team to pioneer the leading packaging process, laying a solid foundation for board level packaging technologyWorld premiere p06COG products and transparent displays with a transmittance of more than 60% expand the application scenarios of MicroLED. In order to break the technology monopoly, Open Process has joined forces with a number of C9 universities and related equipment companies to promote the development of mass transfer equipment. A large number of R&D and technological innovation work organized by the organization has laid a solid foundation for MicroLED products to enter consumer electronics in large quantities and "fly into the homes of ordinary people" earlier, and has contributed to the overtaking of China's semiconductor display. Having been deeply involved in the semiconductor industry for more than ten years, Zhou Jia knows the helplessness of "China Chip" being controlled by others, and also understands the "loneliness" of "sitting on the bench for ten years", so she changed the track and resolutely devoted herself to the research and development of system-level packaging equipment and advanced packaging process equipment. During Li Jing's tenure, Zhou Jia planned and built the "321" cooperation platform with Li Jing as the main body in 2020: 3 platforms - talent training platform, technical exchange platform, and employment and internship platform;2. Base - Demonstration Base for Practical Training and Operation, Demonstration Base for School-Enterprise Cooperation;1 Center - Achievement Transformation and Integration Center. On this basis, combined with the actual situation, we will further improve the "2+2+2 semiconductor display innovation (service) platform" with Lijing as the central body: 2 stations - famous teacher workstation and postdoctoral workstation;2. Platform - new display R&D platform, regional cooperation demonstration platform;2 bases - government, industry, academia and research demonstration bases, vocational skills and technical education service demonstration bases. The Semiconductor Display Innovation Consortium has been established. The construction of the platform not only initially constitutes a new display industry cluster with Lijing as the core, but also lays the foundation for better introduction of external advantageous enterprises, and provides inexhaustible impetus for the development of the industry.

After coming to Wuxi, Zhou Jia took advantage of Wuxi's good political and business environment to actively practice social responsibility and devote himself to public welfare science popularization. At this stage, although there is still a gap between Chinese mainland packaging and testing enterprises and foreign companies in the R&D and manufacturing of packaging core equipment, they have gradually moved closer to the international advanced level, and are also expected to drive the growth of the local ** chain.
