The main basis for the preparation of the project is as follows:
1. The existing design materials of the project, mainly including: civil construction standard atlas, Wanda 2018 construction standards, project design documents, etc.;
2. Experience in the construction of first-class projects in the past, and experience in the process management of the same type of projects in the same period
3. Relevant national design, construction and acceptance standards and specifications.
The design and construction acceptance specifications applicable to this project are shown in Table 11-1。

If there is the latest version of the above specifications, the latest version shall be implemented.
1. Conscientiously implement the laws, regulations, procedures, guidelines and policies of national engineering construction.
2. Strictly implement the project construction procedures, adhere to reasonable construction procedures, construction sequences and construction technology.
3. Adopt modern construction management principles, flow construction methods and network construction technology to organize rhythmic and balanced construction.
4. Give priority to the selection of advanced construction technology and scientifically determine the construction planCarefully prepare various implementation plans, and strictly control quality, schedule, cost and safe construction.
5. Improve the degree of mechanization and automation of construction, improve labor conditions, and increase productivity.
6. Adhere to the "safety first".
1. The principle of "prevention first, comprehensive treatment", the preparation of safe and civilized construction and ecological environmental protection measures, as well as the technical and organizational measures to strictly prevent building vibration, noise, dust and garbage pollution.
7. Make use of permanent and prefabricated construction facilities as much as possible, and strive to reduce the amount of construction facilities.
8. Optimize the amount of on-site material storage, reasonably determine the storage method, and minimize inventory and material loss.
9. Adhere to the principles of "four sections and one environmental protection" and "green construction".
10. Requirements for project management by the municipal government and the competent construction department.
