What are the feeding methods of high speed roller feeder?

There are two main feeding methods of high-speed roller feeder: unilateral feeding and bilateral feeding

1. Unilateral feeding: According to the different positions of the output shaft of the punch, there are three feeding directions

1) Feed from left to right.

2) Feed from right to left.

3) Feed from front to back.

Note: When the roller feeder is installed, the roller must be aligned with the side center of the punch table.

2.Bilateral feeding: a roller feeder is installed on the left and right sides of the punch, one is active feeding, and one is passively pulling, which is mainly suitable for thickness 0Coil or short-size materials below 15mm, single products or continuous products, one send and one pull for feeding.

In actual use, the active (feeding) and passive (pulling) synchronization adjustments are as follows.

Roller feeder adjustment, roller feeder bilateral feeding adjustment.

In the case of bilateral feeding, the rocker arm of the roller feeder is equipped with an eccentric connecting mandrel at the cross joint, which can make the adjustment of active feeding and passive pulling completely synchronized operation.

The adjustment method of bilateral feeding is as follows:

1) Adjust the feeding height of the active (feeding) and passive (pulling) of the roller feeder so that it is the same height as the line height of the lower die material.

2) Adjust the correct feeding distance of the driving roller feeder.

3) In the actual adjustment, when the size of A1 of active feeding and A2 of passive pulling is the same (that is, when the active and passive eccentricity connect the mandrel and the angle of eccentricity is the same), the feeding distance of the active feeder and the feeding distance of the passive feeder will be the same.

4) If the feeding distance is not synchronized, first relax the fixed nut of the roller feeder, and then adjust the step distance, and the adjustment method is as follows:

a.The adjustment method when the passive roller pulls the material for too long: the active roller eccentric connection mandrel is adjusted up to high (i.e., A1 short time), and the passive roller eccentric connection mandrel is slowly lowered to the bilateral feeding distance synchronization;

b.The adjustment method when the passive feeder pulls the material too shortly: the eccentric connection mandrel of the active roller is lowered to low (that is, when A1 is long), and the mandrel of the passive roller is slowly adjusted up to the synchronization of the bilateral feeding distance.
