The expansion oil tank of the special electric heating oil furnace of the reactor can reserve the total amount of heat transfer oil expansion after heating from room temperature to working temperature, and experience tells us that the general heat transfer oil temperature 1 Its volume expands by about 007~0.09%。For example, heat transfer oil can expand by up to 30% when heated from room temperature 20 to 320, and all the amount of expansion is contained by the tank to prevent oil spillage.
2. The expansion oil tank of the special electric heating oil furnace for the reactor should be installed at the highest place of the heat conduction oil heating system, otherwise the heat conduction oil of the expansion heating unit cannot be charged, and the expansion oil tank will spill oil.
3. In order to prevent the high-temperature oxidation of the heat transfer oil, it is stipulated that the temperature of the expansion oil tank shall not be higher than 70 in normal use, because the oxidation of the heat transfer oil will be aggravated after the temperature is higher than 70.
The oxidation rate of the heat transfer oil of the special electric heating oil furnace of the reaction kettle has a direct relationship with the temperature, the oxidation is not obvious in contact with the air below 70, and the oxidation reaction can occur after more than 70, and the higher the temperature, the faster the oxidation rate, the oxidation rate increases geometrically, and the heat transfer oil will quickly deteriorate and block the pipeline.
The means to prevent the high temperature of the expansion tank of the special electric heating oil furnace for the reactor are mainly as follows: install a high-temperature solenoid valve between the oil and gas separation device and the exhaust pipe of the expansion oil tank, and the solenoid valve of the special electric heating oil furnace for the reactor is kept open below 135 degrees, and the solenoid valve will be closed when the temperature exceeds 135 degrees, so that the temperature of the expansion tank will not be higher than 70 to reduce the loss of heat energy.
