Apple announced today that the Apple Vision Pro will be available in the United States starting on February 2, with sales channels including all Apple offline stores and Apple ** stores. Pre-orders for the Apple Vision Pro begin at 5 a.m. on January 19.

Apple Vision Pro is powered by VisionOS, which builds on decades of engineering innovation for macOS, iOS and iPadOS. VisionOS offers powerful spatial experiences that unlock new opportunities at work and at home. Featuring an all-new 3D user interface and an input system controlled entirely by the user's eyes, hands, and voice, intuitive gestures allow users to interact with the app by simply viewing it, tapping their finger to make a selection, flicking their wrist to scroll, or typing the app using a virtual keyboard or dictation. With Siri, users can quickly open or close apps, **, and more.

Because VisionOS leverages existing developer frameworks, more than 1 million familiar apps for iOS and iPadOS are available on the Apple Vision Pro and automatically work with the new input system. Vision Pro also has a brand new App Store where users can find apps that offer a spatial computing experience unlike any other platform.

Apple Vision Pro features an ultra-high-resolution display that delivers more pixels per eye than a 4K TV, enabling users to watch movies and TV shows from Apple TV+, Disney+, Max, and other services on a 100-foot-wide screen, with support for HDR content.

Players can access the games on the App Store, including more than 250 games on Apple Arcade. The Apple Vision Pro also features a high-performance eye tracking system that uses a high-speed camera and LED ring to project unseen light patterns onto the user's eyes for responsive, intuitive input.

The Apple Vision Pro starts at $3,499 and has a storage capacity of 256GB. Pre-orders for the Apple Vision Pro will begin at 5 a.m. on January 19 and will go on sale on February 2.
