ChipSourcetek-MT2661CF Overview:The ChipSourceTek-MT2661CF is a 100V, 1A synchronous step-down converter with integrated HS and LS switches. The constant-on-time control mode (COT) eliminates the need for external frequency compensation and has a fast transient response. An internal feedback amplifier maintains 2% accuracy over the full temperature range of the output. The ON time for each cycle is set by the RON resistor so that the switching frequency is approximately constant. Built-in peak and valley current protection. The undervoltage and hysteresis values of the input voltage can be adjusted by the undervoltage lockout circuit (EN UVLO). By selecting the potential of the FPWM pin, the ChipSourcetek-MT2661CF has different modes of operation, and the system can operate in forced CCM mode in full load range, or in DCM mode at light load. The ChipSourceTek-MT2661CF supports multiple outputs and isolation applications. ChipSourceTek-MT2661CF features:Wide Input Range: 5-V to 100-V, Integrated HS and LS Switches No Schottky Diodes, Up to 1A Load Current, COT (Constant On-Time Control Mode), No External Compensation, Fast Transient Response, DCM Mode, Light-Load, High Efficiency, CCM Mode, Multiple Outputs, No External Ripple Injection (FPWM=0), Close to Constant Switching Frequency, Frequency Adjustable to 1MHz, Programmable Soft-Start Time, Peak Current Limit Protection, Internally Adjustable Under-Voltage Protection and Hysteresis, 2% Feedback Voltage Reference, Overtemperature ProtectionChipSourcetek-MT2661CF Applications:Industrial-grade programmable logic controller, IGBT gate drive, power supply, telecommunication DC, primary and secondary bias meters, power line communication power consumption, < 12W isolated DC DCChipSourcetek-MT2661CF Typical Application Circuit:
