Zelensky believes that it is right to allow state-owned enterprises to compete on an equal footing with private enterprises in terms of the quality and speed of production. 
The share of private companies in our defense complex is growing. Already 5 of the 4 largest military-industrial complexes are non-state companies - they are growing fast. We must increase the power of humanity – entrepreneurship – to harness it. Without entrepreneurship, the rapid development of military technology is simply impossible. ”。Zelensky assured that all bureaucratic procedures for manufacturers are being simplified as much as possible - from the import of components to their entry into operation, and work is also underway to secure funding for long-term contracts.
