Qinzhou, January 2 (Reporter Liang Yulin) On January 1, the X9574 rail-sea intermodal train of the new western land-sea channel sailed from Qinzhou Gangdong Station in Guangxi to Chengxiang Station in Sichuan, which is the first rail-sea intermodal train of the new western land-sea channel in Qinzhou this year.

At the beginning of the new year, Qinzhou Port was busy, with gantry cranes sliding quickly, reach stackers taking up and down, train horns departing, and thousands of container goods from Qinzhou Port East Station to be sold at home and abroad on rail-sea intermodal trains of the new western land-sea channel. According to statistics, in 2023, the Western Land-Sea New Corridor trains will transport a total of 86 goods throughout the year10,000 TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 138%。

As one of the most important logistics channels in southwest China, the Western Land-Sea New Corridor is a golden link for the two-way opening of land and sea along the "Belt and Road". In 2023, the new western land-sea corridor will show a strong growth trend, and import and export goods will arrive at Qinzhou Port East Station intensively.
