IntroductionIn the new round of reshaping international economic rules, China is led by the free pilot zone and actively sets high standards of international economic and trade rules. However, due to institutional obstacles and path dependence, the process of institutional opening up faces a series of difficulties and obstacles. This book shows the theoretical logic of institutional opening from the perspective of institutional change, and the research shows that the comprehensive institutional opening led by the free trade zone not only needs to introduce high-standard international economic and trade rules from the level of institutional supply, but also needs to create institutional change demand through the construction of regional production network and its value creation system, that is, through the combination of "mandatory + gradual" and "induced + radical" institutional change models, jointly promote China's leap from "low-level institutional equilibrium" to "high-level institutional equilibrium". Finally, taking Henan Province as an example, this book puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for the construction of regional production network and its value creation system, as well as the international economic and trade rules with high standards.
