Martyr Zhou Junming, a native of Queshan, Henan Province, was born in 1902. In 1919, he joined the army and joined the Northwest Army of Feng Yuxiang's department and participated in the Northern Expedition. After participating in the Ningdu Uprising in December 1931, he joined the Red Army and joined the Communist Party of China in the same year.

Martyr Zhou Junming made outstanding contributions during the revolutionary war years, but he was unable to participate in the award because he had already left his post when the title was conferred in 1955.

He joined the Communist Party of China in 1930 and joined the Red Army the following year.
