It is necessary to innovate the grassroots management system and mechanism, integrate and optimize the responsibilities of county and township public services and administrative examination and approval, and create a comprehensive convenient service platform of "one-door handling" and "one-stop service". Some localities have explored the establishment of online service stations in villages, so that they can do things online, immediately, and with full assistance, and do things quickly with less running, which has been widely welcomed by farmers. It is necessary to speed up the improvement of the rural convenience service system. It is necessary to further promote the construction of safe villages, speed up the improvement of the rural public security prevention and control system, and severely crack down on illegal and criminal activities that endanger rural stability, undermine agricultural production, and infringe on the interests of peasants in accordance with the law. In particular, with regard to the criminal syndicates and evil forces in the rural areas, it is necessary to concentrate on rectifying them and striking hard at them. Safety accidents such as dry wells, river ponds, bridges, self-built houses, passenger transport and school buses in rural areas occur from time to time, and it is necessary to comprehensively carry out investigation and management to enhance the people's sense of security.
