During this trip, the special train code of ** was set as 9002, and the Ministry of Public Security numbered it as the "Li Desheng" train, which was used for telegraph and ** contact.
The speed of the train is limited to 80 kilometers per hour throughout the trip. The delegation had four trains, one of which was traveled. During the journey, the stopping and driving arrangements of the train are decided by the conductor on the train, and they are in contact with the stations along the way at all times.
