Another case of missing babies occurred in Kuzhu Village. The baby was later found in a small col not far from the village, but still died mysteriously. As in the previous disappearances, the baby's mouth was stained with white liquid, and his belly was bulging, as if he had eaten a lot. It was found that the white liquid was a woman's milk and was not toxic. It can be seen that the child was not poisoned, so how did he die? After careful observation, the medical examiner found that the sides of the child's nose were blue, and it was speculated that he may have been held too tightly during the feeding process, causing difficulty breathing and suffocation. Who was so cruel as to kill these innocent babies? The villagers talked a lot, but they couldn't come to a conclusion.
This is the sixth case of the disappearance of the baby, and everyone in the village is in danger, especially the infant child at home, who is guarding the child day and night, for fear that if he is not careful, the child will also disappear without a trace. The personnel sent by the county came to investigate many times, but there was always no clue, and the babies still disappeared one after another. There is a young fisherman named Ma Lijun in Kuzhu Village, who carries a fishing net and basket on his back all year round to fish in a nearby village or a distant pond. Sometimes I go far away, and I can't help but come back late in the morning. One day, Ma Lijun went out again and returned late. Because of the abundance of his catch, he hummed a tune-out tune as he walked. At this time, a bright moon hung high in the sky, illuminating his way home. Suddenly, he seemed to hear footsteps behind him, and when he looked back, he was stunned! I saw a woman naked, with her hair scattered, and the most puzzling thing was that her pair of breasts were bulging, which seemed to occupy half of her body! Which woman is so weird that she has no shame? Ma Lijun was about to say a question, but suddenly saw the bloodless and expressionless face, and the woman walked towards him step by step. Ma Lijun was so frightened that he shouted loudly and fainted directly. When he woke up, he found himself lying on the bed at home, and his wife was anxiously waiting by the side. It turned out that he had been in a coma for several days. Uncle Li, who got up early to clean up that day, found him unconscious by the river, when he still had milk left in his mouth and his belly was bulging. After recuperating at home for more than ten days, Ma Lijun's body gradually **, and he gradually recalled what happened that night, remembering the woman with her chest bulging like a balloon, and the empty expression on her miserable white face in the moonlight. He remembered the woman approaching step by step, bringing her breasts to his mouth.
Since then, Ma Lijun has never dared to return to fishing late. He was afraid to meet that strange woman again. One day, he went to the nearby village of Fenglai to fish, and because of the hot weather, he went to a family to ask for water. A gray-haired old woman enthusiastically brought a large bowl of cold water and told him to come into the house to take a breath. He didn't like to get rid of the old man's kindness, so he went into the hall. Suddenly, he saw a portrait of a young woman hanging in the house, and suddenly remembered the woman's face that night, which was clearly the woman on the portrait! Ma Lijun was so frightened that his legs went weak, and he still asked the old woman with difficulty who this woman was and what happened. The old woman sighed and said with a sad expression, this is her daughter-in-law who has a hard life, her son works outside all the year round, and only she and her daughter-in-law are left to farm at home. One night just three years ago, the pregnant daughter-in-law was about to give birth, and the old woman hurriedly invited the midwife in the village, but the midwife was busy for half a day and couldn't give birth, it turned out to be a difficult birth! The old woman could only ask for help from a few middle-aged men in the village and carry her daughter-in-law to the health center more than ten miles away. Unexpectedly, it was still a step too late, and the daughter-in-law died of pain on the way. What a fate! The old man burst into tears, "If she had been sent to the hospital earlier, maybe it wouldn't have been like this, she loves this child so much, but still." The old man choked up and couldn't continue. Ma Lijun was soft-hearted and comforted the old man repeatedly. It turned out that this woman had such a tragic fate, but since she had died, why could she still appear alive, what she saw that day must have been her ghost. The more Ma Lijun thought about it, the more frightened he became, so he quickly picked up the fish basket and ran to Qingshan Temple to find Abbot Dehai. Qingshan Temple is 30 kilometers away from Kuzhu Village, where incense is abundant. The abbot of Dehai is highly respected, not only has a bodhisattva heart, but also knows the ancient and modern, and has the magic power to subdue demons. Ma Lijun told the abbot all the doubts in his heart. After hearing this, the abbot stroked his beard and said, "This is the moonlight female ghost who is doing it." She loved children very much when she was alive, but she died of childbirth, and she was depressed and resentful in her heart, and she could not be reincarnated smoothly. So she always stole the village babies to feed them to satisfy her deformed maternal love. Even if you can't find a baby, you will start with an adult. She often appears on the night of the full moon on the fifteenth day of each month. Although she was to satisfy her mother's love, she caused the death of many babies, so she was called the moonlight ghost. Hearing this, Ma Lijun recalled that the babies in the village had disappeared on the fifteenth day of the lunar calendar, and that day he had met a female ghost on the night of the full moon.
On a full moon night, the moonlit ghost came to steal the children of a family in the village. Abbot Tokuhai, who had long been ambushed in the shadows, weaved a straw doll out of straw and placed it in the crib. Just when the female ghost was about to take away the grass doll, Abbot Dehai knocked on the wooden fish and recited a spell: "The child has been handed over to you, you should go to reincarnation." No matter how much you plague the villagers, I will never let you go, but I am afraid that you will wander the world forever! When the moonlight ghost heard the abbot's words, two lines of tears were left on her white face, and she hugged the grass doll in her arms and disappeared into the night. Since then, there have been no cases of missing babies in the village.
