On the one hand, widely mobilize residents to participate in the environmental transformation of the community, have the money to contribute, and have organized residents to donate 7 batches, raising more than 30 yuan for the construction of public drying areas and damaged pavement repair, and carrying out more than 20 centralized cleaning activities, on the other hand, together with the property company, to strive for the support of the community, the co-construction unit and the competent unit Wuhan Railway Bureau, the community has added 1 garbage sorting kiosk, 3 micro fire stations, 32 electric vehicle charging piles, and 6 new energy vehicle charging piles. The property committee, together with the person in charge of the property company, has repeatedly come to the door to seek the support of the Wuhan Railway Bureau, and provided 10 façade houses of 300 square meters along the street to the community free of charge, and transformed the idle façade houses into a comprehensive service station full of railway elements and convenient service functions, which has been praised by the residents of the community, and at the same time greatly alleviated the contradiction between the owners and the property company, and the property fee collection rate has reached more than 95%.

Grandma Zhang, who lives alone in her 70s, rarely goes out before, since the construction of the community comprehensive service station, she will go to the service station every once in a while watching TV with a few old neighbors to talk about homely things, and at noon can also eat in the happy canteen.

Cultivate a "self-help group" and be a good fellow traveler. After the completion of the comprehensive renovation of the community, the property committee realized that in order to manage the community well and provide good services to residents, it is far from enough to rely on the strength of the property committee and the property management company alone, and it is also necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of residents and let residents play the leading role in community governance.
