1. Function introduction

There are two types of employee accounts for merchants, one is a free account and the other is a paid account. Each time you add a paid account, it will occupy a paid place, and when the number of places is not enough, you need to buy more paid account places, which can be purchased in the form of a function pack, that is, the store staff function package, you can choose the number of places, and each place is 1 yuan per day.

2. The number of paid accounts for different store versions is as follows

Standard Edition: 3 seats.

Pro: 30 slots.

Ultimate: Unlimited.

Note: The above quotas do not include the creator account.

3. Free Paid Roles

Free role: Teaching assistant.

Paid roles: Senior Administrator, General Administrator, Treasurer, Teacher, Course Advisor, Academic Affairs Specialist, Salesperson, Marketing Supervisor.

1. Additional purchase: It is divided into the first batch of additional purchases and non-first batch of additional purchases, the quota period of the first batch of additional purchases is 365 days, and cannot be changed, the expiration time of the non-first batch of additional purchases must be aligned with the first batch of additional purchases, and the cost is calculated on a daily basis; Example: On March 1, 2019, the first batch of 3 additional paid employee quotas (365 days) was purchased, and the settlement was 3*365=1095 yuan; On June 1, 2019, 3 additional paid employee places were purchased, and the settlement: 3 * (365-92) = 819 yuan.

The number of additional places is limited to 1,000.

2. Renewal: When renewing the employee quota, you can select the number of seats to be renewed, and the renewal cycle is 365 days and cannot be changed.

The renewal validity period starts at the expiration time of the first batch of additional seats.

If the number of employees who renew is less than the number of employees who have purchased in the past, some employees other than the store creator may be suspended after expiration, so please deactivate or delete the employee accounts in advance. The lower down in the employee list, the more likely it is to be suspended.

If the previously purchased quota is not renewed before the expiration date, the paid employee quota will return to the initial state after expiration, and the additional quota must be purchased before it can be renewed.

3. Old account processing:

For those staff accounts that were added before the store staff feature pack went live, if they are paid accounts, the expiration time will be the same as the store's expiration time. However, if you still need to add a new paid employee account, you also need to purchase additional paid employee slots, and the expiration time is still the same as the expiration time of the store.

4. Others: If you disable or delete a paid employee account, the number of paid employees will be released.

Swapping the paid role selected in the employee's account for a free role will release the paid employee quota.
