When you are grieving the loss of something important, words cannot adequately express your feelings. It's a heart-wrenching feeling, as if the whole world has become dark and dreary, and there is a heavy, suffocating smell in the air. You feel like your heart is empty, your center of gravity is gone, and you feel like you're in a blank slate.

Surrounded by darkness and cold, you may feel helpless and lost, as if you are in an abyss. There is no escaping or escaping this pain. You have lost someone or something that once brought you happiness and warmth, and your heart is filled with endless pain and sorrow.

During this difficult time, you will realize that you need time to slowly come to terms with this reality. Again and again, you ask yourself why you lost something so important. Why don't I have a review? But time doesn't stop because of your grief. You have to face reality and gradually recover from your grief.

Gradually, you will notice something. Cherish what you have more, understand the impermanence of things, and understand that life is continuous acquisition and learning. You will find yourself more mature and stronger. You no longer pin all your happiness on one person or one thing, you learn to look at life from a different perspective.

Eventually, you'll get through that sad period. The pain and loss are still there, but you've learned how to live with them. You know that you are strong-willed and capable of overcoming difficulties and challenges. You are no longer afraid to face the future and brave enough to take on new challenges and opportunities.

In short, enjoy and share your weekend when you are sad, you lose something important, but at the same time you can also gain many valuable experiences and lessons. You will find yourself stronger, more mature, and more courageous in life.
