Approval requirements for the registration of security companies

If you want to register a security company, you need to meet the following conditions:

1. The registered capital of the company shall not be less than 1 million.

2. The company needs to have a fixed workplace and necessary safety facilities.

3. The company needs to have 3 security guards and other qualified security personnel.

4. The company needs to establish a sound safety management system and responsibility system.

5. The company needs to have corresponding technical prevention equipment and means.

6. The company needs to comply with the relevant regulations and standards of the local public security organs.

In addition, you will need to prepare the following materials:

1. Valid identity documents and resumes of the legal representatives and main management personnel of the proposed security service company, as well as the letter certificate of the security guard.

2. Valid documents of ownership or right to use the residence of the proposed security service company, as well as relevant equipment, means of transportation and other materials required to provide security services.

3. The registered capital is more than 1 million yuan and has a capital verification certificate.

4. There are technical personnel who are suitable for the security services provided, and the technical personnel with the qualifications of laws and regulations shall obtain the corresponding qualifications.

5. After the materials submitted to the municipal bureau for preliminary examination are complete, the provincial bureau will have a final review and issue a security service license after the review is passed.

Go to the industrial and commercial department to apply for a business license for a security company.

Security guards are not allowed to do the following:

1) Restricting the physical liberty of others, searching others' bodies, or insulting or assaulting others;

2) Seizure or confiscation of others' documents and property;

3) Obstructing the lawful performance of official duties;

4) Participating in the recovery of debts, using violence or the threat of violence to resolve disputes;

5) Deleting, altering, or disseminating surveillance video data or alarm records formed in the course of security services;

6) Infringing on personal privacy or divulging state secrets, commercial secrets, or information that the client unit explicitly requires to be kept confidential in the course of security services;

7) Other conduct that violates laws and administrative regulations.
