Table tennis receiving ability is not enough, will completely fall into the passive beating situation, so to improve the level of hair receiving, is a threshold that must be overcome, it is difficult to receive the serve, the initiative is completely in the hands of the other party, not subject to their own control, so if there is no certain "prediction ability", prepare in advance, you can only rely on the blind, meet the serve is honest and easy to deal with, if you meet a strong serving ability, the feint is realistic opponent, there is only a confusion left, through recent training and learning, I have straightened out the experience of improving the ability of hair extensions, mainly in two aspects:
One is the "judgment consciousness", the biggest embodiment is that the ball has been playing for many years, but the ability to receive hair has been standing still, which is caused by the lack of "judgment consciousness", the solution idea: to clarify different drop points, different rotation of different hair extension means, according to the judgment to choose the hair extension means, just like the application of the formula, it should be noted that we must first judge and then shoot, develop the habit of judgment, don't be afraid of mistakes, mistakes themselves is a kind of progress.
The second is the "judgment method", there are many elements that need to be judged for hair extensions, such as landing point, rotation, speed, feints, etc., etc., not a few articles or gritting teeth training, which can produce results in a short period of time, here is a simple one:
Landing point: look at the first landing point after the opponent's serve, far from the opponent's end line, and look at the opponent's forehand and backhand position after the opponent touches the ball, and the body and the head of the board are facing.
Rotation: Forward and reverse rotation through the opponent's pre-serve standing frame, most of them can be judged, relatively simple, mainly spinning up and down, you can use the elimination method, as long as the opponent touches the ball at the moment the racket is not flat and touches the bottom of the ball (set my standard, correct it at any time), the rest are judged to be topspin.
In terms of speed: long balls generally have fast speed and weak spins, and short balls have strong slow spins.
Feints: Don't be confused by the various actions before the opponent touches the ball, the feints will not increase the difficulty of receiving the ball, but only distract the energy of receiving the ball, so be sure to stare at the moment of touching the ball.
Receiving the ball to develop the habit of judging after the shot, coupled with a reasonable way to receive the ball, the ability will naturally gradually improve, afraid of "suffering" after the summary and correction, a road to the black, of course, the way to receive the hair is not absolute, suitable for their own characteristics is the most reasonable, the above is purely my personal practice experience, right, I hope you will correct and criticize.
