The installation and use process of Phipps water purifier is as follows:
Installation process: Check whether the spare parts are complete.
Connect the main unit to the filter element.
Fill the RO membrane and tighten the joints and filter flasks with an appropriate wrench.
Take out the pressure bucket and install the pressure bucket ball valve in the inlet and outlet of the pressure bucket (be careful not to rotate it too tightly to avoid splitting).
Install the faucet in the proper position of the sink (install the gasket into the faucet head spindle and place the faucet at the sink punch and fix it).
Fix the faucet, and then insert the 2 water pipes into the connection port with the faucet (make sure that the connection between the 2 pipes and the faucet is installed in place, and the length of the 2 pipes is appropriate).
Cut the appropriate water pipes to connect the raw water, pure water, pressure barrels, and waste water pipes respectively.
Close the main water inlet valve, install the water inlet tee and 2-point ball valve (note that the hot and cold water inlet pipes cannot be mistaken, the water inlet of the RO machine is cold water.) Check the water pressure before installation, if it is higher than 04MPa** Pressure Reducing Valve Device).
Connect the main machine with the pressure barrel first, then connect the main machine with the water inlet, cut the pipe of appropriate length to connect it to the wastewater outlet, connect the other end with the sewer, and fix the waste pipe with a cable tie.
Straighten out the connected water pipes and tie them with cable ties.
Place the pressure bucket and the main engine, manage the water smoothly, plug in the power supply and turn on the water source (pay attention to carefully check whether the water pipe is straightened out to prevent the water pipe from being discounted).
Open the pressure barrel ball valve and check the nut caps of each fitting for water seepage.
Clean the site, wipe down the sink, and tidy it up.
Procedure: Before using it for the first time, the water purifier should be rinsed to flush out the protective solution in the water purifier. Turn on the tap tap, tap water inlet ball valve, and purification faucet and rinse for 15 minutes until the permeate is clear and foam-free. Frequent opening and closing of the tap (off for 3 seconds, on for 10 seconds) during the flushing process will make the water flow form a pulsating impact, which will make the flushing effect better.
Turn off the sewage faucet, turn on the purification faucet, and use it normally after 5 minutes of water production.
It is recommended to open the tap to rinse it after taking the purified water, so as to wash away the intercepted pollutants in time to maintain the high water flux of the water purifier, so as to prolong the service life.
If the water production of the water purifier is still relatively small after flushing, you can consider backwashing the water purifier.
The above is the installation and use process of Phipps water purifier, it is recommended to install it according to the manual, and you can seek the help of professional installers if necessary. During use, attention should be paid to regular cleaning and maintenance to prolong the service life of the water purifier.
