Business: Strengthen strategic focus and be more patient with exploratory projects and developmental businesses. There are also three suggestions for human resource management: 1. Fully realize that the management foundation of the business team is weak, help more and blame less; 2. Continue to strengthen the strength of BP, and at the same time have high requirements for BP; 3. The work is not limited to the human resources department and the job responsibilities of the position. Is it useful to say these suggestions? It is useless for Guoke Zhiyuan, because the company's resources are limited, and the resources have been misallocated to the old employees; It is useless for the human resources system of Guoke Zhiyuan, because of the obedient style under the crooked management of Kong. But for the majority of business employees, I'm sure it's exactly what they need, and I've discussed it countless times in informal chats. Therefore, even if it is useless to say it at the summary meeting, I still have to say it, and speaking up for the majority of business colleagues is my last duty in CAS Zhiyuan.
