1. Power of attorney
After the shipper confirms the conditions of carriage and service with the freight forwarding company, the freight forwarding company will send a blank "Power of Attorney for Cargo Consignment" to the shipper, and the shipper will fill in the consignment note truthfully and fax or return the freight **.
The power of attorney shall include the shipper, the consignee, the airport of departure, the required route, the booking application, the declared value for transportation, the declared value for customs, the amount of insurance, the handling matters, the documents attached to the shipping note, the actual gross weight, the tariff category, the chargeable weight, the type and quantity of the goods, the shipper's signature, the date, etc.
2. Commodity inspection
The freight forwarding company will check the content of the power of attorney submitted to see whether the materials are complete, whether the goods need to be inspected, and assist in handling the goods that need to be inspected.
3. Booking
According to the shipper's "power of attorney", the freight forwarding company collects and fills in the order form from the airline, providing relevant information such as the name, volume, weight, quantity, destination, and delivery time of the goods. The airline will arrange the class and flight according to the actual situation. Once the space has been booked, the airline will issue a confirmation of space and a container receipt certificate indicating that the space has been booked.
4. Receiving goods
If the shipper provides its own delivery, then the freight forwarder should fax the cargo entry map to the shipper, stating the name of the contact person, ** delivery address, time, etc. To ensure that the goods enter the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner. If it is a freight pick-up, then the shipper needs to provide the specific transportation address, contact name, time and other relevant information to the freight forwarder to ensure that the goods are put into the warehouse in time.
5. The goods enter the airport
Tally—weighing—ordering—reviewing documents—receiving documents—filling in freight bills—receiving goods—marking and labeling.
6. FBA air export customs declaration
First, the various contents of the export cargo declaration form provided by the shipper are entered into the computer, that is, the computer is pre-entered. The customs declaration form should be filled in by the computer, and the customs declaration form should be stamped with a special seal for customs declaration, and then the customs declaration form should be combined with the relevant invoices, packing lists and waybills, and the relevant documents should be attached if necessary.
After the above-mentioned customs declaration documents are complete, the customs declarant shall formally declare to the customs, and after the customs audit is correct, the customs will stamp the release seal on the original waybill used for shipment, and at the same time stamp the release seal on the export receipt verification form and the export declaration form, and affix the inspection seal on the documents used by the shipper for product tax refund.
7. Sign the order
After stamping the customs release stamp, the shipping documents must also be signed by the airline, and only after the receipt is confirmed, the documents and goods are allowed to be handed over to the airline.
8. Handover and delivery
The handover is to deliver the documents to the air export company, and the airline arranges the air transportation. Surrender is the delivery of the accompanying documents and the documents retained by the carrier to the airline. The goods that meet the documents are handed over to the airline during transportation. Before the goods are delivered, they must be labeled or tethered, the goods must be counted, checked, and the goods handover list must be filled in.
9. Flight tracking
Flight tracking refers to the fact that in FBA air transportation, the cargo tracking system obtains relevant information about the transportation status of the goods in a timely manner after receiving the goods from the shipper, and feeds back the information to the customer in a timely manner, so as to deal with abnormal situations in time.
10. Arrival
Target customs clearance, after the customs clearance is completed, there are two options: delivery and notifying the consignee to pick up the goods.
