NO, which is not only the basis of nitric acid acid rain, but also one of the main substances that form photochemical smog and destroy the ozone layer, also has strong toxicity, and has great harm to the human body, the environment and ecology, and has received widespread attention from the society in recent years! According to the statistics of the past ten years released by the National Bureau of Statistics (Figure 1), 2011 was the peak of China's NO, and since 2012, China's NO, total emissions have been declining year by year. There are three main exhaust gases in China, namely: industrial exhaust gas, motor vehicle exhaust and urban life emissions. Thanks to the increasingly strict national environmental protection policy and the continuous increase of environmental protection supervision, in recent years, China's industrial waste gas NO, emissions have decreased significantly, but industrial waste gas is still the largest contributor to China's NO, total emissions and emissions are still huge. It can be seen that the removal of N0 in industrial waste gas still has a long way to go.
It is generally believed that the combustion of coal and fossil fuels is the main cause of NO, mainly including the thermal decomposition and oxidation of ammonia-containing substances in the fuel 2400 and at high temperature (> 1300) N. As far as China is concerned, the thermal power industry is n0, an important one, because of its huge emissions and relatively concentrated, the thermal power industry has become a pioneer in China's research and removal technology. After years of development, the thermal power industry has formed an industrial pattern dominated by selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification technology (accounting for more than 90%), supplemented by selective non-9007 catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitrification technology, and the proportion of installed capacity of thermal power denitrification in China has reached more than 92% of the total capacity. It can be said that the denitrification technology of the thermal power industry is relatively mature and has become a model industry for air pollution prevention and control! Compared with the thermal power industry, other industries due to factors such as N0, small emission volume, scattered emission sources, NO, and complex and changeable exhaust gas composition, resulting in insufficient research on NO, removal technology in these industries. With the development of China's economy, the pollution emissions of the non-electric industry are getting bigger and bigger, which has become the focus of the next air pollution prevention and control work.
