At the same time, PACS can also arbitrarily change the content of the agreement according to the actual situation of both parties, and can be adjusted at most every two years, and it can be registered directly with the court. In the case of PACS, no matter which party proposes to break up, there is no need to go through judicial procedures, and the breakup can be completed only by performing the administrative declaration procedures, which is countless times faster than divorce, and completely solves the problem of difficult divorce. The most ruthless is that the PACS does not stipulate a duty of loyalty, and a child born under the PACS agreement will be considered illegitimate and will not have a legally binding obligation to the man, but the woman is allowed to force a paternity test. Compared with the marriage law, it is clear that the PACS has deprived too many women of their rights, because this agreement is intended for same-sex marriages, without any inclined protection. It stands to reason that all French women should reject PACs and choose only marriage, which is a rational choice. Theoretically, this is true, but if all men don't get married and only want to play romance, then they can only use a PACS agreement, which is better than no agreement at all.
