1. Performance of duties in 2023.
1) Focus on the "theme" to build political loyalty.
2) Pay close attention to the "main business" and improve the quality and efficiency of supervision. Adhere to the focus on the main responsibility of supervision, carry out "ledger" management, list promotion, through the discovery of problems, supervision and feedback, improve the mechanism. Form a closed-loop of "full-cycle management" of pre-planning, in-process control, and post-event summary. Focus on deepening the construction of work style, standardized management of canteens and other special key work to carry out daily supervision. Standardize the performance and use of power by cadres at all levels, integrate the supervision of "small and micro powers" into integrity education, and include it in the report of "one post and two responsibilities", so as to ensure that "doing things according to the list and using power according to the rules" is in the mind and heart, and the action is effective. Formulated the "Key Points for Strengthening the Supervision of the "Number One" and the Leading Group", issued 4 replies to the opinions on party style and clean government, and carried out 3 collective integrity talks with cadres at important nodes.
3) Closely follow the "main line" and strengthen the construction of work style. 2. There are problems and deficiencies in the work in 2023.
First, the phenomenon of passive implementation of the main responsibility has not been completely changed. The grassroots party branch does not have a deep understanding of the implementation of the main responsibility, and self-supervision is not in place; Cadres at all levels are not active enough in fulfilling the regular reporting system of "one post and two responsibilities"; There are still problems such as passive filling in the records of individual members of the Party organization and weak documentary.
Second, the joint efforts of all kinds of supervision are not enough. The supervisory force at the grass-roots level is weak, the sense of active supervision is not strong, the exertion is insufficient, and the role of the appointed special discipline inspection supervisors is not obvious enough.
