1. Preparation of raw materials.

2. Extrusion.

Aluminum tube extrusion: The aluminum ingot is heated to an appropriate temperature and extruded into an aluminum tube of a certain specification through an extruder. During the extrusion process, parameters such as extrusion speed, temperature and pressure should be controlled to ensure the quality and stability of the aluminum tube.

Finned tube combination: Extruded aluminum tube is combined with pre-prepared fin material to form finned tube. The assembly method of the finned tube can be selected according to the design requirements, and it is generally fixed by welding or mechanical clamping.

Weld inspection: Inspect the weld inside the finned tube to ensure that the welding quality meets the requirements. Non-destructive testing can be performed using methods such as X-ray testing or ultrasonic testing.

3. Fin cutting.

Cutting equipment: Choose appropriate cutting equipment, such as laser cutting machines, mechanical knives, etc., and cut according to the specifications and length requirements of the fin tube.

Cutting process: According to different cutting equipment and materials, formulate reasonable cutting process parameters, such as cutting speed, cutting depth, etc. At the same time, defects such as smoothness of the cutting section, punctures and cracks should be ensured.

Cutting treatment: The cut finned tube port is treated, such as grinding, deburring, etc., to ensure tight bonding with adjacent finned tubes.

Fourth, welding process.

Welding equipment: choose appropriate welding equipment, such as automatic welding machine, argon arc welding machine, etc., and choose the appropriate welding method according to the material and thickness of the fin tube.

Welding process parameters: formulate reasonable welding process parameters, such as welding current, welding speed, welding wire type and diameter, etc. At the same time, the heat input and cooling rate in the welding process should be controlled to ensure the welding quality.

Weld quality inspection: The weld quality inspection of the welded finned tube can be carried out non-destructive testing by X-ray testing or ultrasonic testing to ensure that the weld quality meets the requirements.

5. Principle of steel and aluminum extruded fin tube radiator:

1.Structural design: The steel-aluminum extruded finned tube radiator is composed of one or more internal extruded finned tubes. The outer surface of the extruded finned tube is a layer of structure with a fin-shaped shape, providing a larger surface area.

2.Heat Conduction: The steel and aluminum extruded finned tube radiator conducts the heat generated by it to the surface of the radiator through contact with the equipment or element to be dissipated.

3.Air Flow: The extruded fins on the surface of the radiator increase the radiant area of the heat, and when the air passes through the radiator, it can come into contact with the extruded fins and take away the heat. 6. Inspection and packaging of finished products.

Pressure test: Conduct a pressure test on the finned tube radiator to check whether its air tightness and pressure resistance meet the requirements. The test can be carried out using methods such as water pressure or air pressure test.

Packing: According to customer needs and transportation requirements, the finished finned tube radiator is properly packaged. The packaging material should have functions such as moisture-proof, shock-proof, and rust-proof to ensure the safety and integrity of the product during transportation and storage.

Identification and recording: Identification and recording of the finished finned tube radiator, including product name, specification model, production date and batch number. At the same time, a sound production record and quality traceability system should be established to ensure product quality and traceability of the production process.

Delivery & Installation: Deliver the finished finned tube radiator to the customer in accordance with the delivery time and transportation method agreed in the contract, and provide the necessary technical support and installation guidance.
