Since studying biology education in the Department of Biology of Shenyang Normal University, Guan Zhiou has shown a strong interest in the field of ecology. Subsequently, during his master's studies, he chose to major in ecology at the Department of Agronomy of Shenyang Agricultural University, which laid a solid foundation for his further study in this field.
After graduation, Guan Zhiou started his career at the Agricultural Economics Department of the Shenyang Municipal Planning Commission of Liaoning Province. Here, he was gradually promoted from a cadre to a deputy chief staff member, showing excellent management skills and leadership potential. Later, he became the deputy director of the Shenyang Flower Research Institute, where he made positive contributions to local agricultural and ecological research.
