How to choose high frequency induction heating equipment?

Mondo Digital Updated on 2024-02-22

1.For large, rod-shaped or solid workpieces, induction heating equipment with higher power and lower frequency should be selected;

2.For small, tubular, plate, gear and other workpieces, induction heating equipment with lower power and higher frequency should be selected;

3.When the heating depth is large, the heating area is wide, and the overall heating is required, the induction heating equipment with large power and low frequency should be selected; When the heating depth is shallow, the heating area is small, and local heating is required, the induction heating equipment with small power and high frequency should be selected;

4.When rapid heating is required, induction heating equipment with higher power and higher frequency should be selected;

5.When the continuous working time is long, the induction heating equipment with moderate power should be selected;

6.For quenching, welding and other processes, you can choose equipment with smaller power and higher frequency, for annealing, tempering and other processes, you can choose equipment with larger power and lower frequency, and for processes such as red punching and smelting that require good thermal permeability, you should choose equipment with higher power and lower frequency;

7.For metal materials with high melting points, equipment with higher power should be selected; For metals with low melting points, choose devices with less power; For materials with less resistivity, a device with more power should be chosen, while a material with a higher resistivity should choose a device with less power.
