Especially in the first day, heavy rain and typhoon that we must face every year in coastal areas, if we encounter a sudden disaster, how should we avoid danger and save ourselves at the first time?
Don't panic and run away.
When you are indoors, take shelter under or near sturdy, hard-to-tip objects that cover your body. Be outdoors, away from tall trees, overpasses, high-voltage lines, etc. Trapped in the ruins, keep breathing smooth, conserve physical strength, and wait for opportunities to call for help, such as tapping objects.
Heavy rain cut off the power supply.
Try not to go out. When you have to go out, you should bypass the section where there is serious water accumulation, avoid high-voltage wires, transformer stations and other wires passing through the road section, and do not take the underpass. Turn on the rain and fog lights, slow down and avoid stagnant water and landslides.
Flooding to Kamikochi.
Choose a nearby and safe route and run sideways along the hillside. Do not run down the hill or down the valley exit. Do not swim easily to avoid being swept away by flash floods.
When a typhoon comes, close the doors and windows.
Do not stay near glass doors and windows, dilapidated shacks, temporary sheds, or under high-altitude structures such as billboards and neon signs. Avoid walking on embankments and bridges near rivers, lakes, and seas to avoid being blown down or blown into the water by the wind.
In the knowledge quiz session, answer how to save yourself from falling into the water in the form of rush answers? Help everyone master the basic methods of rapid escape, self-rescue, and mutual rescue in danger, and further improve the ability to resist and respond to emergencies.
1. Don't panic, try to keep your body floating on the water, your head coming out of the water, and grab any objects floating around you;
2. If you can't swim, tilt your head back with your face up, tread water downward, tap the water with your palms, let your mouth expose the water, and inhale vigorously immediately after exhaling;
3. If you suddenly cramp in the water, you can take a deep breath and dive into the water, straighten the leg with the cramp, and pull the toes up with your hand to relieve the cramp;
4. When water enters the car and the door cannot be opened, do not smash the front windshield, but hit the four corners of the window glass. If the windows don't break, wait for the car to get water.
