After inspecting a number of areas around Beijing, Hou Shaobo finally fell in love with the Bohai Rim Furniture Industrial Park, an "enclave" embedded in the Tangshan Hangu Management Area within the Tianjin Binhai New Area. "It only takes two hours to drive to Beijing, and the land price is more than three times cheaper than the original Changping District. Now, Abeni has introduced a full set of German HOMAG CNC machining equipment and advanced manufacturing technology from Germany, enabled the intelligent production management system of customized furniture, and realized product customization, processing digitalization, and management informatization, becoming a demonstration base and benchmark enterprise for flexible production and intelligent manufacturing in the home furnishing industry. At the same time, Hou Shaobo invested more than 2 million yuan in the upgrading and transformation of enterprise informatization, from the design side of the Web3D + VR, the production end of the MES system, to the comprehensive ERP management, to achieve the design end, the production end, the client of the information flow and data seamless docking.
Tangshan City has built a home for the relocated home furnishing enterprises, and the relocated home furnishing enterprises have also used their own enterprise construction to empower the development of the city.
