In order to strengthen the legal education of minors and improve their legal awareness and self-protection ability, on the afternoon of January 31, Lan County launched a "mock court" activity for teenagers in the county people's court, and more than 50 students from Lan County walked into the people's court of Lan County to experience the court's trial work at "zero distance" and experience the dignity and sacredness of the law.
The "mock court" is based on the school bullying cases that are easy to occur in the student group as the material to reproduce in the courtroom, the students respectively serve as the presiding judge, judge, plaintiff, defendant, bailiff, clerk and other roles, in strict accordance with the litigation procedures to try the case, a complete presentation of court investigation, court debate, court mediation and other links. Through role-playing and the trial of specific cases, the students received a vivid legal education, personally felt the seriousness of the law, further enhanced their legal awareness and self-protection awareness, improved their ability to distinguish between right and wrong, and made every effort to create a good atmosphere for young people to know, understand and abide by the law.
The relevant person in charge of the county court gave a high degree of affirmation to the students' simulation, and this activity allowed young people to better understand the importance of the law, understand that the law is not only a constraint, but also a protection, and at the same time, let them know how to abide by the law in life, and use the law to protect legitimate rights and interests; It is hoped that students will learn about justice and adjudication through zero-distance contact with courts and judges, feel the majesty and sacredness of the law, further cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law, enhance their belief in the rule of law, and guide them to consciously learn and use the law, so as to be sunny and honest law-abiding citizens.
In the future, the County Women's Federation will continue to carry out publicity on the popularization of the law among minors, further improve the legal literacy of minors, and create a positive environment for the rule of law on campus.
