Majun Village, Fushun County Rescue Township is a place of outstanding individuals, not only the Chaoyang Temple that is rumored to have been built in the Tang Dynasty, but also the Majun Single Fort, one of the four ancient castles in Fushun.
Majun Village has produced two characters in modern times, one is Zhang Wuju, who donated money to support education, rebuilt Chaoyang Temple, and the villagers gave a thumbs up when they mentioned it. The other is Minister Lü, and the villagers are reluctant to mention this person, because he is not glorious in history and is a negative figure.
Minister Lu's real name is Lu Ronghuan, and because he was a puppet minister, he was called Minister Lu.
According to the "Fushun County Chronicle", Lu Ronghuan was born in 1890 in a relatively prosperous family in Majunshan (now Majun Village), when he was 6 years old, his parents died, and the family property was occupied by his uncle, so he had to be raised by his grandfather Lu Dianhua, lived a poor life, and barely scraped together the tuition fees to study in a private school in the village.
When he was 13 years old, he went to Mukden many times to sue his uncle, and finally won the case after hardship. It can be seen from this incident that Lu Ronghuan has been a character since he was a child.
Lu Ronghuan later studied in Fushun, Shenyang and other places, and graduated from Jiangsu Provincial College of Legislation and Politics. After graduating, he first taught in some schools in Fengtian (now Shenyang), and later became a lawyer.
In 1917, he was elected as a member of the second phase of the Fengtian Provincial Assembly, and later promoted to vice chairman.
He was good at making friends with powerful people, and was a guest of Yang Yuting, Zhang Zuoxiang and other powerful figures, and under their recommendation, he was sent by Zhang Zuolin to the Soviet Union in 1923 to negotiate the Eastern Railway and sign the Sino-Soviet condominium agreement.
Lu Ronghuan then served as the director and chairman of the Chinese board of directors of the China Eastern Railway, and in 1927, he was appointed as the superintendent of the Eastern Railway.
In 1928, when he met Chiang Kai-shek in Nanjing, he proposed that the Soviet Union was currently weak and should take the opportunity to withdraw the Eastern Railway, which was appreciated by Chiang Kai-shek.
Zhang Xueliang, with the support of Zhang Jinghui, Lu Ronghuan and others, forcibly took over the Middle East Road, and as a result, a large-scale armed conflict broke out between China and the Soviet Union, and the Northeast Army suffered heavy losses. The recovery of the Eastern Railway failed, and Lu Ronghuan was also removed and returned to his hometown.
During Lu Ronghuan's leisure, his grandfather Lu Dianhua died, and he did a lot of work for him, which was extremely beautiful. He also treated his fellow villagers well and funded the construction of a school in Majun Village, which could provide free learning for sixty or seventy students every year, and won the favor of the villagers.
After the September 18 Incident in 1931, Lu Ronghuan became the head of the Harbin secret service Kenji Tohihara, and on his recommendation, he became the puppet mayor of Harbin, and later served as the chief executive of the puppet North Manchurian Special Region Office and the puppet governor of Binjiang Province.
In 1935, he was promoted to the puppet Minister of Civil Affairs and became one of the two Fushun ministers of the puppet Manchukuo, the other being Zhang Huanxiang, who had served as the puppet Minister of Justice.
In 1937, Lu Ronghuan was transferred to the puppet Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Industry, and in 1940 he was reappointed to the puppet Minister of People's Livelihood.
In 1941, he served as the plenipotentiary ambassador of the puppet Manchukuo to China in Nanjing. Because his conspiracy to befriend the Japanese puppet high-ranking officials and seek the position of puppet Manchurian prime minister was discovered by Zhang Jinghui, he was transferred back to Xinjing (now Changchun) as a standby ambassador in 1944 and resigned in April 1945.
In August 1945, after the Japanese surrendered, the puppet state of Manchukuo collapsed. The Public Security Maintenance Committee set up by Lu Ronghuan and others was disbanded by the Soviet Red Army, and he was also sent to the Soviet Union.
In 1946, Lu Ronghuan died of illness in Boli, on the other side of the Heilongjiang River, and was buried in a foreign country. Since he was a child, he was smart and good at drilling, and he embarked on this road of no return, completely to blame.
It should be said that Lu Ronghuan still has a certain ability, but he used it in the wrong place, and serving the Japanese invaders is a shame that he can never get rid of.
