2. Qualification and performance requirements of ceramic lined composite steel pipes
The qualification requirements include business qualifications and safety, health and environmental qualifications, and bids from units that do not meet the qualification requirements of this agreement are not accepted; After winning the bid, Party B shall still accept Party A's qualification review, and Party A has the right to terminate the contract if the qualification is inconsistent with the bidding documents, agreements and contracts. A copy of the original documents proving that Party B is qualified to bid (including business licenses, qualification certificates, credit certificates and financial certificates within the validity period of the annual examination); From January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding, Party B has at least 3 performance contracts similar to this project and their supporting documents for contract performance; Party B has the ability to produce or sell pneumatic ash conveying system equipment or a manufacturer or distributor with similar material content to this project.
1. Product packaging, transportation and storage shall comply with the provisions of the standard "Packaging, Storage and Transportation Graphic Signs" GB T 191-2008 and the regulations of the national competent authority, and shall have a solid packaging for long-distance transportation, multiple handling and loading and unloading. The packaging should be in good condition during transportation, loading and unloading, and there are measures to reduce vibration and shock. If the packaging cannot prevent the damage of the product caused by vertical and horizontal acceleration during transportation, loading and unloading, Party B shall solve the problem in the design and structure of the product. Packaging, loading and unloading, transportation and storage should be based on the characteristics of the product, according to the needs of moisture-proof, mildew-proof, rust-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-ultraviolet protection measures, to ensure that the goods are packaged, loaded, unloaded, transported and stored without any damage and corrosion (the storage location is the installation site). Before the product is packaged, Party B is responsible for checking and cleaning according to the list, leaving no foreign objects, and ensuring that the products supplied are complete.
2. Materials of different types and specifications must be classified and packaged, and materials must be neatly arranged and packed regularly; The product packaging should be waterproof, firm and easy to transport; The product packaging box (or bag) should be equipped with a product certificate; The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry room temperature area that is not exposed to the sun, and the distance from the ground and wall should not be less than 300mm, and it should be kept away from fire sources and high temperature areas; During the transportation of the product, it is necessary to prevent rain, water immersion and staining.
3. Marking, Party B shall print the following marks on both sides of each packing box with unfading paint in Chinese characters that are clearly visible: destination station; Name of the supplier and receiver; Product name, unit number, drawing number; Container number, part number; Gross weight, net weight (kg); contract number; Volume (length, width, height, expressed in millimeters). For goods weighing two tons or more, the position of the center of gravity and the lifting point should be marked on the side of the packing box with the markings and patterns commonly used for transportation, so as to facilitate loading and unloading. According to the characteristics of the goods, the different requirements of loading and unloading and transportation, the packaging box should be clearly printed with the words "light", "do not invert" and "rainproof". Each box comes with enough cargo holders or packing skids. Each packing box should be accompanied by a detailed packing list including the name of the sub-piece, quantity, ** and other detailed packing lists and certificates. The products listed in the technical agreement shall be classified and packaged, and shall be marked on the outside of the packing box and delivered at one time.
