When I first came into contact with Towers Law Firm, I was attracted by its unique law firm culture, and it was the first time that I put my life responsibilities in the law firm culture. After coming to the law firm for nearly a week, I also felt the true charm of the law firm's culture. It was not as hierarchical and orderly as I imagined, but a warm current of affinity came to my face, but it dispelled my panic when I first entered the workplace, and I slowly began to become a member of it. The rivers and lakes are far away, and I have not really experienced the culture of the law firm, but I am already in it.
In the law firm culture of Taoda, we can intuitively feel the importance of responsibility, so the law firm culture puts the three responsibilities of life foundation in the first place, emphasizing the most basic responsibility, so as to fulfill more responsibilities for others and society. During my first contact with the practice, the team assigned me the task of contract review. And because of my carelessness in formatting, content, punctuation, file naming, etc., it also added a lot of trouble to the team in trivial matters. Because of this, I have a preliminary understanding of responsibility, when you ignore or even ignore your own responsibility, it will bring repeated revision work to the team, and if you are habitually irresponsible and do not improve, it is trampling on the work results of the team and even the law firm. It also serves as a wake-up call for me, not to pay lip service to the responsibility of the law firm's culture, but to put it into action. Only by being disciplined can we achieve a great cause.
Second, integrity is also an important part of a law firm's culture. As a lawyer, it is necessary to put an end to fraud, an opportunistic wrong behavior may lead to a winning judgment, but it must not bring about the improvement of personal quality and ability, but lose the foundation of the lawyer's life. In the process of witnessing the lawyers receiving their clients, I found that the lawyers put forward relevant and appropriate legal advice on the basis of seeking truth from facts, rather than making a promise of victory. This is not only a manifestation of responsibility to the client, but also a practice of integrity in the culture of Turda. I hope that in my future work, I can also internalize the culture of the law firm and externalize it in the form, and continuously improve my professional skills and quality in the process of learning and development, so as to make my own contributions.
