Therefore, students must pay attention to the fact that starting from 2024, international students may receive the following three results after applying for academic certification:

2.If the certification fails temporarily, and the notice of temporary inadmissibility is received, the materials can be submitted for a second review according to the requirements;
3.The certification fails, and the notice of inadmissibility is received, and it cannot be reviewed again.
So what are the "inadmissible" situations? What are the circumstances of the "second review"?
"Inadmissible" cases
According to the new provisions, a notice of inadmissibility will be issued under the following circumstances, including 11 situations:
In particular, it is important to pay attention to the fact that the applicant fails to provide the application materials as required and the applicant repeatedly submits the certification application without reason!!
The temporary non-acceptance is the "second review" situation
Applicants with certain special circumstances that can be explained, although they do not hold certificates, but have a real learning process and have been awarded foreign academic degrees, can apply for certification to the retention center with relevant supporting materials; If the situation is considered to be true, the certification can be accepted:
Lost certificates. Refugees and displaced persons are unable to submit their certificates.
Due to force majeure, the certificate cannot be submitted at the time of application.
A degree letter is as valid as a certificate.
Other special reasons that prevent the applicant from submitting the certificate.
It should be noted here that the review can only be applied for once, and the retention center will not charge a review fee, and the applicant submits the review application through the official website of the retention center; To submit an application for review, the reasons for the review must be stated, the specific demands must be clarified, and relevant supporting materials must be provided.
