Here's how to redeem 12306 points for tickets:
Make sure you have registered and become a member of the "Railway 12306" APP, and have 10,000 points or more in your account.
Open the "Railway 12306" APP, enter the departure and destination, and query the train information.
Find the train you want to redeem, click "Select Assignee", and submit your order.
On the order submission page, select "Pay with Points" to redeem your points for tickets.
Note: Points redemption tickets need to be made on the 12306 official website or APP, and cannot be redeemed at the ticket window or sales agency.
Points redemption tickets need to be redeemed more than 1 day in advance, and the number of tickets is limited, first-come, first-served.
