Xtreme Reach Outdoor Anti-Mold Stain Remover
Description:This recall involves bottles with hose end nozzles for Wet & Forget "Xtreme Reach" outdoor mold stain remover. This stain remover is sold in a blue plastic bottle** with UPCS 879288000077 (48 oz) and 879288000084 (68 oz) printed on the bottom right corner of the label on the back of the bottle. The nozzle at the end of the hose has the words "wet & forget" written on it.

Reason of the recall:The nozzle clamp at the end of the hose may come off, causing the cleaning fluid to be sprayed onto the user, causing ** and eye irritation, as well as other injuries.
Accidents:The company has received 3,188 reports of displacement of nozzle inserts, including 157 reports of exposure to cleaning solutions and 28 reports of complaints of ** or eye irritation.

Windsor Queen pull-out rollaway bed
Description:This recall involves Queen Windsor pull-out mobile folding beds. This bed comes in white, brown and grey**. When in the closed and stored position, it measures about 62 inches wide and 47 inches tall and has the appearance of a drawer. When opened in bed, it measures about 62 inches wide and 82 inches long. The production date of the recalled model is before May 2022. These models of beds do not have notches in the small tray and can be seen when opened.

Reason of the recall:When a folding bed is opened, the enclosure or cabinet on the front or smaller side of the folding bed may break and fall, creating a risk of injury. In addition, if not secured to the wall, the bracket may tip over, creating a risk of tipping over and pinching.
Accidents:The company has received 19 reports of Xtrabed cracking and falling out of the case when opened from the front, resulting in 11 injuries to consumers' shoulders, backs, legs, knees or feet. The company received a report of an arm abrasion as a result of the tipping.

Accidents:No reports. The Consumer Product Safety Commission estimates that from 2017 to 2021, there were 2,400 cases of magnet ingestion in hospital emergency departments. The CPSC is aware of seven deaths involving ingestion of harmful magnets, two of which occurred outside the United States.

Description:This recall involves Primark baby rattles, "wooden rattles" and "DTR·M&M·MARACAS". *Baby rattles are available in yellow, red, light green and light blue.

Accidents:Bugaboo received one report in the US and seven reports in South Korea of a downward shift of the seat back when used in parent-facing mode. No injuries were reported in the United States.
