1. Construction preparation.

1.Design drawings and construction plan: According to the engineering requirements and the actual situation of the site, formulate detailed construction drawings and construction plans, and clarify the technical requirements and construction methods of each process.

2.Material preparation: According to the design plan, prepare sufficient glass fiber cloth, resin, curing agent, filler and other materials to ensure that the quality and quantity of materials meet the construction requirements.

3.Tools and equipment: Prepare complete construction tools and equipment, such as agitators, brushes, rollers, scrapers, etc., to ensure that the equipment can be used normally.

4.Construction site: clean up the debris and garbage on the construction site, ensure that the ground is clean, dry and level, and create good conditions for construction.

Second, the construction steps.

1.Ground treatment: treat the ground that needs to be anti-corrosive, remove oil, impurities and moisture on the surface, and make the ground smooth and clean. For uneven ground, it needs to be filled or sanded to ensure the flatness of the ground.

2.Primer: Primer is applied to the treated ground, and the role of primer is to increase the adhesion between the ground and the surface layer and prevent the leakage of anticorrosive materials. When brushing, it should be uniform and without omission, and it should be dried after painting.

3.Laying the fiberglass cloth: After the primer is drying, the fiberglass cloth is laid, and the function of the fiberglass cloth is to enhance the tensile strength and anti-corrosion performance of the ground. When laying, it should be flat and wrinkle-free, and the lap width between the fiberglass cloths should not be less than 5cm.

4.Coating the surface layer: After the glass fiber cloth is laid, the surface layer material is applied, and the function of the surface layer material is to protect the glass fiber cloth from damage by external factors. When applying, it should be even, no bubbles, no omissions, and maintenance treatment should be carried out after application.

5.Maintenance and acceptance: During the curing of the surface material, it is necessary to keep the ground dry and clean to avoid damage by external factors. After the end of the curing period, the quality acceptance of the ground is carried out, and the flatness, adhesion, anti-corrosion performance and other indicators of the ground are checked to see if they meet the requirements.

3. Precautions.

1.Construction temperature: The temperature should not be too high or too low during construction, generally controlled between 10 -30, and avoid construction in rainy days or humid environments.

2.Material ratio: The ratio of glass fiber cloth, resin, curing agent, filler and other materials should be strictly in accordance with the formula provided by the manufacturer to avoid the decline of anti-corrosion performance due to improper proportioning.

3.Material stirring: When stirring materials, it is necessary to fully stir evenly to avoid color difference or precipitation. When stirring, you can add an appropriate amount of water or heat to promote the dissolution and mixing of the material.

4.Tool use: When using brushes, rollers and other tools, ensure that the tools are clean and free of oil stains. After use, it should be cleaned in time to avoid damage or blockage of the tool.

5.Safety measures: Pay attention to safety during the construction process, wear protective equipment, and avoid accidents such as allergies or poisoning caused by material splashing or contact. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to ventilation and maintain indoor air circulation.
