When making pasta, it is a lively time for all ages to come on the stage. We are a family of four, my brother's family of four, plus my parents, a total of 12 people. Mom is the commander-in-chief, and is also responsible for setting up a steamer and fishing for twist flowers, and Dad is responsible for lighting the fire. My brother and sister-in-law and I were in charge of kneading the dough, and at the same time directing the rest of the people to knead the dough, make steamed buns, and knead twist flowers. The noodles are a whole big pot, and you also need to add various accessories, especially the noodles for twisting, there are many ingredients, including peanut oil, eggs, honey, milk, and pepper water. When adding the accessories, a certain amount of flour should be added, which requires repeated kneading of the dough and evenly kneading the accessories in the dough. One person shared a piece of dough, and the youngest son, 5 years old, was not far behind and was vying to join our team. When making twist flowers, there is more power in numbers. Although my son was very ugly because he was young, we all laughed and kept praising him, and he took it more seriously. The whole family mobilizes together, talking and laughing together, this is the taste of home, the atmosphere of the year.
I sighed that with so many of our laborers, the steamed buns and twists made in a hard day, if **, don't even have 500 yuan. If the cost is deducted, 12 of us, each of us can't even earn 20 yuan a day. However, there are many things and things that cannot be measured in money. For example, the process of making steamed buns is more of a time to reflect family affection and a time to unite family affection.
Mom and Dad are almost 70 years old, and in another ten years, I don't know if there will be such a lively scene of making buns together. Without parents, there is no central point of cohesion, no one is afraid of trouble, more of them are going their own way, and their hearts are scattered.
Life is short, and the years are rushing. I remembered that my grandfather was seventy years old when he died, and I thought my grandfather was so old! Nowadays, my parents are so old, but I always feel like a child in front of them. My mother called me a baby from time to time, and I felt that I was still as big in front of her as I was when I was a child.
When the parents are there, the home is there; When my parents are there, I can still say that I am a child.
