On the morning of February 27, the company successfully held a wind welding skills training activity, with the participation of the after-sales service department and the employees of the refrigeration class of the integrated workshop, aiming to improve the professional skill level of employees and promote the sustainable development of the company.
This activity was tutored by Ren Shaojie, a senior after-sales service engineer, to impart professional technical knowledge and practical experience to everyone through theoretical explanations, practical demonstrations and on-site guidance. The training content covers the basic knowledge of wind welding, safe operation procedures, welding skills and common problem solving.
In the training process, Comrade Ren Shaojie combined theoretical explanation with practical operation to let the trainees understand the technical points of wind welding more intuitively. All the trainees actively participated in the practical operation, experienced the process of wind welding, and received professional guidance and correction from Comrade Ren Shaojie.
Wind welding skills are an important part of the production and after-sales service maintenance process, through the training, the skill level of the trainees has been improved, which helps to improve product quality and after-sales service level, and better fulfill Kangfei's brand concept of "serving customers".
